¿Cómo comparto un audio desde WhatsApp?
Mantén presionada la nota de voz. Toca “Compartir” y elige Wallas Transcribe. El texto aparece solo.
¿Por qué la primera transcripción en un idioma tarda más?
La primera vez se descarga el modelo de voz de ese idioma. Solo pasa una vez y necesita internet. Después es más rápido.
¿Mis audios se suben a internet?
No, nunca. Todo ocurre dentro de tu iPhone. Lee la política de privacidad.
¿Puedo bloquear el iPhone mientras graba o transcribe?
Sí. Sigue grabando y transcribiendo. Verás el avance en la pantalla bloqueada.
¿Qué hago si dice “Sin acceso al micrófono”?
Abre la app Ajustes de tu iPhone, busca Wallas Transcribe y activa Micrófono.
¿Qué tan precisa es?
Depende del ruido y de qué tan claro se habla. Funciona mejor con una sola persona hablando cerca del teléfono.
¿Cómo borro todo?
En la app, ve a Ajustes y toca “Borrar todas las transcripciones”.
How do I share audio from WhatsApp?
Press and hold the voice note. Tap “Share” and choose Wallas Transcribe. The text appears on its own.
Why does the first transcription in a language take longer?
The first time, that language’s speech model downloads. It only happens once and needs internet. After that it’s faster.
Is my audio uploaded to the internet?
No, never. Everything happens on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy.
Can I lock my iPhone while it records or transcribes?
Yes. It keeps recording and transcribing. You’ll see the progress on the Lock Screen.
What if it says “No microphone access”?
Open your iPhone’s Settings app, find Wallas Transcribe and turn on Microphone.
How accurate is it?
It depends on background noise and how clearly people speak. It works best with one person talking close to the phone.
How do I delete everything?
In the app, go to Settings and tap “Delete all transcriptions”.
